Bellevue College Test Center
The Bellevue College Testing Center at the North Campus is an official ACT and Certiport Test Center. We also provide proctoring services for computer and paper-based exams.
No Prometric testing as of March 29th, 2012 – Bellevue College will no longer be a Prometric test center beginning March 29th, 2012. Please go to www.prometric.com for information on other Prometric test center locations.
ACT Testing
The ACT Center at Bellevue College offers a range of non-IT exams, including testing for selected dietetic and social work exams, the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) online exams, and testing for Foreign Service personnel employed by our nation's embassies and consulates.

Test Proctoring Services
Bellevue College offers exam proctoring services for testers seeking to complete exams through their secondary schools, colleges, universities, employers, or government agencies. Exam proctor services cover paper-and-pencil exams and computer-based exams. The proctor fee is $35 per exam. Exam proctoring appointments can be scheduled by calling 425-564-4006 or by email at bcproctor@bellevuecollege.edu.
If you do not think your college is on our approved list for proctoring services, please call or email us. We can make arrangements with your educational institution on your behalf to be approved as a Proctor.
